Limited Warranty: 

• Heated Gilet, Long Hot Water Bottle, Heated Blanket, Power Bank of orders placed on www.snugel.co.uk  include a complimentary 6 month limited warranty.

Warranty Exclusions

Wear & tear of the garment, such as fabric, zippers and other accessories are not covered under warranty. Under no circumstances will Snugel or the manufacturer be liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including water damage) resulting from the product, whether or not the product is found to be covered by this warranty. Damage to the heating system and parts resulting from misuse, not following washing instructions, flood, accidental fire, unauthorized service or negligence as outlined herein will void the warranty. This warranty does not cover commercial use.

Personal customization that are not authorized/made by us, like embroidery or cutting on the heated clothing, should void the warranty.
